Expect roasted walnut, toasted cereal, and sweet corn notes.

Smooth premium matcha for repeat cups

Yun is rounded and easy to like, with enough aroma for premium lattes and a soft finish.

Hot premium latte

Use 4g Yun with 30ml warm water at 55C. Whisk until smooth and foamy. Add 5-8g syrup if wanted, then 120ml hot milk.

Iced premium latte

Use 5-6g Yun with 30ml warm water at 55C. Whisk smooth, then pour over ice and 120ml cold milk.

Prep-ahead base

For service, blend 60g matcha with 400ml water at 55C and 50ml syrup. Use 50ml base with 200ml milk and ice for a 16oz drink.

Soft straight cup

Use 3g Yun with 120-150ml warm water at 55C for a gentler straight cup.

Use less sweetener first. Yun already has a naturally rounded sweetness.
