Refined ceremonial matcha for straight tea

Misora is for a smoother, more refined straight cup, premium gifting, and careful tasting.

Traditional usucha

Sieve 3g Misora. Add 150ml warm water at 55C. Whisk quickly until smooth and lightly foamy.

Iced straight cup

Use 3g Misora with 110ml warm water at 55C. Whisk smooth, then pour over ice.

Premium latte

Use 4g Misora with 30ml warm water at 55C, then add 100-120ml milk if you want a softer ceremonial latte.

Use clean-tasting water and drink it soon after whisking for the best aroma.
