This coffee begins with a pre-wash, followed by soaking in cold mountain spring water.

It then undergoes a 40-hour fermentation and a meticulous 12-stage sorting process to ensure clarity and consistency.

The combination of SL14, SL28, and Nyasaland varietals brings out layered notes of stone fruit, molasses, and prune.
