Hot and iced cocoa, kept simple
Use the same cocoa for a warm mug, an iced glass, or a softer milk-based cup at home.
Hot chocolate - you will need
Cocoa powder, hot milk, and 80C hot water.
Hot chocolate - how to make
Place 20g cocoa powder into your favourite mug. Pour 30g of hot water into the mixture. Whisk carefully until all clumps are dissolved. Swirl before pouring hot milk into the mixture.
Iced chocolate - you will need
Cocoa powder, cold milk, ice, and 80C hot water.
Iced chocolate - how to make
Measure 30g of cocoa powder and pour 40g hot water into a small bowl. Whisk the mixture until smooth. Pour 150ml of cold milk into the mixture. Add ice, stir gently, and enjoy.
Use less milk for a stronger cocoa. Use more milk if you want a softer everyday cup.
